CANCELLATION AND RETURNS
Here at Millard we would like you to be completely satisfied and happy with your purchase. Ordering online can be tricky - especially when it comes to purchasing lingerie! If you not entirely happy with your purchased item, claims for returns and refund must be made in the following way:
We offer an exchange or return within 14 calendar days, after the day you received the goods. You must notify us of your decision to cancel by sending us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org to receive exchange/return instructions.
Please DO NOT return the item without sending us an email. You must provide your name, address, the name or a description of the goods and your order reference number.

You will be issued a full refund credited to the same account of your purchase. You are responsible for the return shipping costs. Returns received after 14 days will not be accepted. In the event of an exchange, another shipping fee will apply if applicable.
Returned or exchanged items must be in the original condition of goods and packaging. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with all tags in place.
For merchandise which is NOT in new condition, and has been soiled, damaged, washed, mishandled, or is missing the tags will be returned to the purchaser - NO credit will be issued and the purchaser will be charged for the return shipment and will forfeit all claims.
If the value of the goods is reduced as a result of your handling of them beyond what is necessary to determine the nature, we will be entitled to claim this reduction in value from you and to deduct it from any money which you have paid us.
Millard reserves the right to refuse any return that is poorly packaged or damaged and by way rendering the items unsellable. Once an order has been placed, you may not cancel once the order has shipped. However, if the merchandise has not yet been shipped, you may be able to cancel by immediately contacting email@example.com.
According to our company policy we are unable to offer refund on sale items.
If merchandise is defective, please notify us within 3 days of receipt of the merchandise, and we will replace the defective item if it is still in stock. Additional shipping fees will be waived for replacement items on defective merchandise. It is important to note that all merchandise is thoroughly inspected before shipment for any damage. If it appears that merchandise has been tampered with, no replacement or refund will be issued.
Millard reserves the right to refuse service, credit and exchanges to anyone who, in our opinion makes excessive or arbitrary returns and exchanges.
Refunds will be issued within 10 days of receipt of returned merchandise and may take an additional 5-7 days to appear on your account.
